<br /> SECTION 2. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing <br />Entitlement No. 15 as shown on the said Exhibit A are hereby <br />approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3. That Ordinance 1983-45 adopted September 12, 1983 <br />which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of conducting <br />each administrative unit of the municipal government of said City <br />for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983 and ending on Sep- <br />tember 30, 1984, and appropriated money for the various funds and <br />purposes of such estimate, be, and the same is hereby, amended as <br />set forth in Exhibit B which is attached hereto and is incor- <br />porated herein, in words and figures as shown therein, for all <br />intents and purposes. <br /> SECTION 4. That the said revisions and reappropriations <br />which shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, for the fiscal year 1983-84 beginning October 1, 1983 <br />and ending on September 30, 1984 be, and the same are hereby, <br />approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 5. That the importance of this <br />Ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary <br />that the provisions of the charter requirng that ordinances shall <br />be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall <br />become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following <br />the date of its final passage be suspended and these provisions are <br />hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication <br />in a newspaper of general circulation within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ~- 23 dê!. of January, 1984 <br /> <r:::) , <br /> ,- ~ <br /> -- <br /> Emmie Craddock <br /> Mayor <br />Attest: <br />City <br />City <br />Published in the DAILY RECORD January 25, 1984. <br />
