<br /> Section 7. The election materials enumerated in <br />Ch.213, Acts of the 64th Legislature of Texas, Regular <br />Session 1975, shall be printed in both English and Spanish <br />for use at each polling place and for absentee voting. <br /> Section 8. All resident qualified electors of said <br />City shall be permitted to vote at said election. <br /> Section 9. Notice of said election shall be given by <br />posting substantial copies of this Ordinance in both English <br />and Spanish at the City Hall and at three (3) other places <br />in said City, not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the <br />date set for said election; and substantial copies of this <br />Ordinance in both English and Spanish shall be published on <br />the same day in each of two ( 2) successive weeks in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in said City, the date of <br />the first publication to be not less than fourteen (14) days <br />prior to the date set for said election. <br /> Section 10. The Ordinance passed by this City Council <br />on January 30, 1984, ordering said bond election, is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> Section 11.
