<br /> SECTION 2. That the said revisions and reappropriations <br />which shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, for the fiscal year 1983-84 beginning October 1, 1983, <br />and ending on September 30, 1984, be, and the same are <br />hereby, approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3. That Ordinance 1982-41, adopted September 7, <br />1982, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense of <br />conducting each administrative unit of the municipal <br />government of said City for the fiscal year beginning October <br />1, 1982, and ending on September 30, 1983, and appropriated <br />money for the various funds and purposes of such estimate, <br />and which appropriated fund s from Revenue Sharing Entitlement <br />No. 14, be amended as set forth in Exhibit B which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br />purposes. <br /> SECTION 4. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing <br />Entitlement No. 14, as shown on the said Exhibit E are hereby <br />approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 5. That the importance of this Ordinance <br />creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that <br />the provisions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall <br />be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance <br />shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days <br />following the date of its final passage be suspended, and <br />these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and <br />after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of February, <br />1984. <br /> L {;~---~ <br /> Emmie Craddock <br /> Mayor <br />J is K.
