<br /> -ll- <br />month, shall be deposited to a fund, separate and <br />apart from said Revenue Fund and all other funds <br />of the city, to be designated as "city of San <br />Marcos Sewer System Capital Improvement Fund". <br />Said Fund shall be established and maintained at <br />an official depository bank of the City and shall <br />be used for the purposes stated in Section 30-40 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 30-51. Severability. <br />If any provision of this Ordinance (Division 4 of <br />Chapter 30) or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstances is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect any other provisions <br />of this Ordinance (Division 4 of Chapter 30) <br />which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provisions of this Ordinance (Division 4 of <br />Chapter 30). <br />SECTION 2. That all other ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance <br />are hereby repealed except as expressly provided for herein. <br />SECTION 3. That the City Secretary is directed to cause <br />the caption of this Ordinance to be published in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the City of San Marcos according to <br />law. <br />SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage and publication in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the area; and upon such <br />effective date, the Ordinance of the City Council which <br />established a temporary moratorium on the receipt of <br />applications for building permits which include plumbing <br />within the corporate limits of the City of San Marcos shall <br />be immediately and automatically rescinded. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading January 23, 1984. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading February 13, 1984. <br />PASSED, APPROVED MD ADOPTED ~y 27, 1984. <br /> Emmie Craddock <br /> Mayor <br />Att~ <br />~ . . ¿;t~ <br />J nis K.
