EXHIBIT A FIELD NOTES: A parcel of land containing 2923 acres out of that 132 65 acres out of the T. G. McGehee Survey, Hays County, Texas, conveyed by that deed of partition from the estates of Mrs. Mary Patterson and her husband, W W.
