<br /> 131 <br /> ORDINANCE 1984-32 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 29, <br /> ARTICLE V, SECTION 29-122 OF THE CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO ADD STOP SIGNS AT <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF SAN ANTONIO STREET AND <br /> HARVEY STREET IN SAID CITY, AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFEC'rIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That Chapter 29, Article V, Section 29-122 <br />of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is <br />hereby amended to add the following location in proper <br />alphabetical sequence at which drivers of vehicles approaching <br />from the direction indicated shall stop at stop signs posted <br />at the intersection specified: <br /> Intersection Direction Of Approach <br /> San Antonio Street and South <br /> Harvey Street <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage and after its publication in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the area. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading February 27, 1984. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading March 12, 1984. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED <br />Attest: <br /> s K.
