<br /> 2. It will not permit the conduct of any commercial <br /> aeronautical endeavor or activity at the Airport except under an <br /> approved lease and operating agreement. <br /> E. AIRCRAFT SERVICE BY OWNER OR OPERATOR OF AIRCRAFT. No right or <br /> ?rivilege granted herein shall serve to prevent persons operating <br /> 3.Ìrcraft on the Airport from performing any services on th e i r own <br /> aircraft with their own regular employees (including, but not limited <br /> to, maintenance and repair) that it may choose to perform; provided <br /> that safety procedures and regulations in the Airport rules and <br /> regulations are abided by. <br /> F. AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT. The Lessor reserves the right to further <br /> develop or improve the landing area of the Airport as it sees fit, and <br /> without unr.easonable interference or hindrance. If the <br /> development of the Airport requires the relocation of Lessee-owned <br /> facilities, the Lessor agrees to provide a comparable location without <br /> any unreasonable interruption to the Lessee's activities and agrees to <br /> 'elocate all Lessee-owned buildings, or provide similar facilities for <br /> he Lessee at no cost to the Lessee. <br /> G. RIGHT OF ENTRY. The Airport Manager may enter upon the premises <br /> leased to the Lessee at any reasonable time, and for any purpose <br /> necessary, incidental to, or connected with the performance of the <br /> Lessee's obligations under the agreement or in the exercise of his/her <br /> function as Airport Manager. However, NAAC expects to have a high <br /> security requirement at its location and the airport manager may be <br /> restricted from some areas of the premises without a U.S. Government <br /> Security clearance. <br /> PAGE 5 <br />
