<br />105 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Meeting February 11, 1985 Page 8 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Guerra moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §§2(e) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss pending liti- <br />gation (McDonald vs. City [2 cases]; Price vs. City; Stokes vs. City; <br />College Oaks vs. City; Wirtz/Morris vs. City); contemplated litiga- <br />tion; and matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City <br />pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State <br />Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Article 6252-17; the employment <br />of an employee (Assistant City Manager); and the reassignment of an <br />employee (Staff Engineer), respectively. Mr. Coddington seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously (9:30 p.m.). <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock moved the Council convene at 10:37 p.m. and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorizing the City <br />Attorney to take legal action for violation of the Interim Drainage <br />and Erosion Control Ordinance. Mr. Coddington moved for authoriza- <br />tion and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Hankins stated the <br />detention pond in Spring Lake Hills Subdivision has no vegetation <br />and the City needs to follow the recommendation of its engineer to <br />initiate legal action against Spring Lake Hills West.
