<br />98 <br />ORDINANCE 1984-49 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF 'l'I:ib CI'l'Y COLJi~CIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TK~AS A.1ElIDIHG ORDINANCE 1984- <br />46 (DECLARING A SIXTY-FIVE (65) DAY BUILDING <br />MORATORIUM) ADOPTED APRIL 16, 1984 TO DELETE <br />SECTION 6 THEREFROM AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br /> <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1984-46 <br />adopted April 16, 1984 is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br />an emergency and an imperative public necessity so that the <br />provisions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be <br />presented at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall <br />become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following <br />the date of its final passage be suspended and these provisions <br />are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in full force and effect from and after its adoption andafter its <br />publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the <br />City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 14 day of <br />~ <br />May, 1984. ~ . <br />C....7... /¿ <br /> <br />~ L¡:~ <br /> <br />i Emrnie Craddock <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />s K.
