103 RESOLUTION 1984-39R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SETTING PRICES FOR RENTAL OF T-HANGARS AT SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AT-HANGAR LEASE AGREEMENT FORM FOR RENTAL OF SAID T-HANGAR SPACES AT SAID AIRPORT, AUTHORIZING BETTY STANSBURY, AIRPORT MANAGER, TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, approved on April 12, 1982, rental fees for T-Hangar spaces located in Unit A, Unit B and Unit C at the San Marcos Municipal Airport; and, WHEREAS, said City Council has employed an airport manager for the overall management of the San Marcos Municipal Airport; and, WHEREAS, said City Council desires to increase the rental rate for said T-Hangar spaces; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the rental rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per n~nth for T-Hangars located on those premises known as Units A, Band C at the San Marcos Municipal Airport and shown on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes is hereby in all things approved. PART 2. That the terms and conditions of the form of T-Hangar Lease Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof for all purposes are hereby in all things approved. PART 3. That the Airport Manager, Betty Stansbury, be and she is hereby, authorized to execute T-Hangar Lease Agreements in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B for all intents and purposes, on behalf of the City of San Marcos. PART 4. That said rental rate and this Resoultion shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after the passage of this Resolution.
