<br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS
<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation
<br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of
<br />Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly authorized
<br />by ordinance enacted on May 21 , 1984, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Six Thousand
<br />Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00), in hand paid by Luis Francisco
<br />Silguero, 514 Patton, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, 78666,
<br />hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD, AND CONVEYED, and by these
<br />presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, to Grantee, all of Lots
<br />One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Eight (8), Victory Gardens.,
<br />Section One (1), a subdivision in the City of San Marcos, Hays
<br />County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in
<br />Volume 128, Page 46 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas;
<br /> TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together
<br />with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto
<br />in anywise belonging, unto the said Grantee, his heirs and
<br />assigns forever;
<br /> And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and
<br />assigns, to WARR~NT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
<br />against every person whomsoever lawfully claiœing or to claim
<br />the same, or any part thereof.
