<br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS
<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation
<br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of
<br />Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly authorized
<br />by ordinance enacted on May 21 , 1984, hereinafter
<br />called "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Six
<br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00), in hand paid by Luis
<br />Francisco Silguero, 514 Patton, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas,
<br />78666, hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of which 1S
<br />hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by
<br />these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, to Grantee, Lots
<br />One (1), Two (2) and Three ( 3) in Block Nineteen (19), Victory
<br />Gardens, Section Two (2), a subdivision in the City of San
<br />Marcos, Hays County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof,
<br />recorded in Volume 130, Page 48 of the Deed Records of Hays
<br />County, Texas;
<br /> TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together
<br />with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in
<br />anywise belonging, unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns
<br />forever;
<br /> And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and
<br />assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns,
<br />against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
<br />the same, or any part thereof.
