<br />FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. <br /> SCHEDULE OF CHARGES <br /> MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS <br />STAFF t~EMBERS Salary Cost Times Multiplier of 2.3 <br />Salary cost is defined as the cost of salaries of e~gineers, technicians, <br />draftsmen, stenographers, surveymen, clerks, laborers, etc., for time <br />directly chargeable to the project, plus social security contributions, <br />unemployment compensation insurance, retirement benefits, medical and <br />insurance benefits, sick leave, vacation and holiday pay applicable <br />thereto. (Salary Cost is currently equal to 1.39 times salary payments. <br />This factor adjusted annually.) <br />OTHER DIRECT EXPENSE Actual Cost Times Multiplier of 1.15 <br />Other direct expenses shall include printing and reproduction expense, <br />comlTIunication expense, travel, transportation and subsistence away from <br />Austin and other miscellaneous expense directly related to work, including <br />costs of laboratory analysis, tests, and other work required to be done by <br />independent persons or agents other than staff members. <br />r1ETHOD OF PA Y¡'1EtJT <br />Payable monthly as accrued. <br />1/1.18 MAY 1982 <br />
