<br /> 15 <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> WARRANTY DEED <br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation <br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of <br />Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly authorized <br />by ordinance enacted on May 29, 1984 , hereinafter called <br />"Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand <br />Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($3,625.00), in hand paid by Bill <br />Boyd, 108 Travis Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, 78666, <br />hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CON~EYED, and by these presents <br />does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, to Grantee, Lot Eleven (11), South <br />End Addition, a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, according to <br />the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 55, Page 601 of the <br />Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together with <br />all and singùlar, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, <br />And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and <br />assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said <br />premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, against <br />every persòn whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, <br />or any part thereof. <br />WITNESS MY HAND this the 30 day of May, 1984. <br /> ~(]J . <br /> -- ~~ <br /> 'Emmie Craddock ~ <br /> Mayor, City of San Marcos <br /> Hays County, Texas <br />
