<br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS
<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation
<br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of
<br />Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly authorized
<br />by ordinance enacted on May 29 , 1984, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand
<br />One Hundred Dollars ($5,100.00), in hand paid by Bill Boyd, 108
<br />Travis, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, 78666, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED,
<br />SOLD, AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND
<br />CONVEY, to Grantee, Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Twenty-six (26),
<br />Victory Gardens, Section Two (2), a subdivision in the City of
<br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof,
<br />recorded in Volume 130, Pages 48-52 of the Deed Records of Hays
<br />County, Texas;
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the above-described premises, together with
<br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />And, Grantor does hereby bind itself, its legal representatives
<br />and assigns, to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the
<br />said premises unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, against
<br />every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same,
<br />or any part thereof.
