<br />THE COUNTY OF HAYS
<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation
<br />of Hays County, existing by and under authority of the State of
<br />Texas, acting through its Mayor, Emmie Craddock, duly authorized
<br />by ordinance enacted on May 29 , 1984, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantor", for and in consideration of the.sum of Five Hundred
<br />Twenty-five Dollars ($525.00), in hand paid by Rafael Gonzales,
<br />706 S. Guadalupe, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, 78666, herein-
<br />after called "Grantee", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
<br />has GRANTED, SOLD, AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does
<br />GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, tó Grantee, all of its right, title and
<br />interest in and to .03 acres of land out of Home Farm Blocks,
<br />a subdivision in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas,
<br />according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 129,
<br />Page 226 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being
<br />more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br /> BEING A PORTION OF ROOSEVELT STREET,OF HOME FARM
<br /> BLOCKS,-ASUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN VOLUME 129, PAGE
<br /> 226, HAYS COUN'J'Y DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE Pi\RTICULARLY
<br /> DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the Northeast
<br /> corner of the tract herein described, same being the
<br /> Southeast corner of Block 1, of the said Home Farm
<br /> Blocks and being on the West line of Guadalupe Street,
<br /> and the North line of Roosevelt Street a Public Road
<br /> as shown on the plat of the said Home Farm Blocks;
<br /> THENCE, leaving Block 1, S 07°19' E, 20.04 feet to an
<br /> 1ron stake set for the Southeast corner of the tract
<br /> herein described;
<br /> THENCE, S 82°23' W, 30.53 feet to an iron stake set
<br /> for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, N 77°52' W, 65.69 feet to an iron stake set
<br /> for the Northwest corner of the tract herein described,
<br /> same being on the South line of the aforementioned
<br /> Block 1, of Home Farm Blocks and the North line of
<br /> Roosevelt Street;
<br /> THENCE ( with the said South line of Block 1, and the
<br /> said North line of Roosevelt Street, N 83°43' E, 92.49
<br /> feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.03 acres of
<br /> land
