<br />23.Consider approval of Ordinance 2014 -08, on the first of two readings, amending
<br />Chapter 62, Article 3, Division 1, Section 62.187 of the San Marcos City Code to
<br />authorize the payment of assignment pay in the amount of $300 per month for any Fire
<br />Department personnel assigned by the Fire Chief as Support Services Officer or
<br />Training Coordinator; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any
<br />conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.

<br />City's 2013- 2014 Fiscal Year Budget to eliminate one Captain Position and add one
<br />Battalion Chief Position in the San Marcos Fire Department; and providing an effective
<br />date.

<br />City's 2013- 2014 Fiscal Year Budget to create a new personnel position to maintain the
<br />City's Enterprise Financial, Human Resources and Payroll Software and the position of
<br />Building Construction Manager; amending the City's 2013 -2014 Fiscal Year Budget to
<br />authorize the expenditure of funds in the amount of $78,681.00 for such personnel; and
<br />providing an effective date.

<br />amount of $60,500.00 for the demolition of the former Armv Reserve Building on
<br />Hopkins Street across from the City Hall; and providing an effective date.
