150 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FEBRUARY 26, 1985 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Bill Coddington Gerald G. Farr * Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler Jaime Moore City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Lamar W. Hankins Director of Planning Frank Robbins Director of Parks and Recreation Rodney Cobb Also Present: Mo Johnson, Nina Pryatel, Merry FitzPatrick, Tom Allen, John Angell, Richard Medina, Judy Gratz, Gregg Echols, Roland Villa- nueva and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced a public hearing to consider annexing 108.8490 acres of land, more or less, out of the J. M. Veramendi League No.1, the N. Hubbard Survey No. 35 and the Ed Burleson Survey No. 63, in Hays County, Texas, said land being located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City and lying adjacent to present City boundaries; approving a Service Plan for said tract; extending the boundary limits of said City so as to include said tract; granting to the inhabitants of said tract all the rights and privileges of other citizens of said City; binding said inhabitants by all the acts and Ordinances, rules and regulations of the City. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone wished to speak in favor or in opposition to the annexation of this property. No one did, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing.
