<br /> Fees for General Representation shall be paid on the basis of <br /> value of construction work performed by the Contractor as <br /> reflected by the monthly estimates prepared by the Engineer. <br /> Payment for general representation shall be due and payabl e <br /> upon submission to the Owner. <br /> f. For Resident Representation and Inspection During <br /> Construction and Construction Layout: For the Resident <br /> Representation duri ng Constructi on and Constructi on Layout, <br /> Paragraph 2. f ., the Engi nee r shall be paid on the basis of <br /> cost plus a fixed fee of $9,257. The total amount including <br /> the fixed fee, based on 11 months construction time is <br /> estimated to be $66,923. The eligible amount for EPA <br /> reimbursement is $65,762. The remaining $1,161 is ineligible <br /> for EPA reimbursement. <br /> Payment for Resident Representation and Inspection during <br /> Construction shall be due and payable upon submission of <br /> statements for work performed by the Engi neer to the Owner. <br /> The Engineer shall not submit statements more frequently than <br /> monthly. <br /> g. For Operati ons and Mai ntenance Manual: For the preparation <br /> of the Operations and Maintenance Manual, Paragraph 2.g., the <br /> Engineer shall be paid a 1 ump sum of four thousand three <br /> hundred and thirty dollars ($4,330). The amount eligible for <br /> EPA reimbursement is $4,211. The remaining $119 is <br /> ineligible for EPA reimbursement. Payment shall be due and <br /> payable upon approval of the Operations and Maintenance <br /> Manual by the TDWR and the EPA. <br /> h. For Final Plan of Operation: For the preparation of the <br /> Fi nal Plan of Operation, Paragraph 2.h., the Engineer shall <br /> be paid a lump sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000). Payment <br /> shall become due and payable upon approval of the Final Plan <br /> of Operation by the TDWR and the EPA. The amount eligible <br /> for EPA reimbursement is $973. The remaining $28 is <br /> ineligible for EPA reimbursement. <br /> i. For Project Performance Services: For the provision of <br /> Proj ect Performance Servi ces, Paragraph 2.1., the Engi neer <br /> shall be pai d a 1 ump sum of ni neteen thousand ni ne hundred <br /> fifty two doll ars ($19,952). Payment shall be made on a <br /> periodic basis as the wo rk i s pe rformed and statements <br /> therefor are submitted to Owner. The entire amount is <br /> eligible for EPA reimbursement. <br /> 5 <br />
