Condominiums. <br /> 4. Parking lots for multifamily use. <br /> B. Specific uses in all MF-4 Districts (require use <br /> permits) : <br /> 1. Home occupation. <br /> C. Prohibited uses: <br /> 1. Any building erected or land used for other than <br /> one or more of the preceding specified uses. <br /> 2. Any use of property that does not meet the <br /> required minimum lot size; front, side and rear <br /> yard dimension; and/or lot width; or exceeds <br /> the maximum height, building coverage or density <br /> per gross acre as required. <br /> D. Area requirements: <br /> 1. Minimum lot area: <br /> a. The minimum lot area shall be 6,000 square <br /> feet for the first three (3) dwelling units <br /> and each additional unit shall be a minimum <br /> of 1,815 square feet. <br /> b. No MF-4 development shall exceed a density <br /> of more than twenty-four (24) dwelling units <br /> per gross acre. <br /> 2. Minimum lot frontage on a public street: <br /> a. Internal: 60 feet <br /> b. Corner: 60 feet <br /> 3. Minimum lot depth: 100 feet <br /> 4. Minimum depth of front setback: 25 feet <br /> 5. Minimum depth of rear setback shall be 5 feet. <br /> There shall be no encroachment or overhangs into <br /> this required rear yard. <br />
