Neighborhood businesses including the following: <br /> Antique shops, aquariums, art galleries, retail <br /> stores limited to neighborhood groceries, drug- <br /> stores, variety stores, bakeries, shoe repairs, <br /> flowers, books and stationery, delicatessens, <br /> service activities including tailors, dressmakers, <br /> cleaners and other similar occupations. Neighborhood <br /> businesses shall not be eligible if employing more <br /> than 5 persons, including the owners and members of <br /> the family actively engaged in the operation of the <br /> business. <br /> 2. Professional offices. <br /> 3. Mortuaries and funeral homes. <br /> 4. Private schools. <br /> 5. Nurseries for plants. <br /> 6. Rest homes. <br /> 7. Hospitals. <br />
