<br /> EXHIBIT D <br /> ADDENDUM TO ORDINA1'JCE NO. 1975 - <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> DRAINAGE FACILITIES <br /> Off-street parking drainage facilities shall be constructed within the <br /> parking lot to intercept the flow of water from surrounding property and control <br /> the flow of water from the surrounding structures and parking lots wi thin the <br /> subject property. <br /> Off-street parking drainage facilities shall be built so as to accommodate <br /> run-off water generated from surrounding properties within the drainage area and <br /> from the subject property as a result of a twenty-five (25) year frequency rate <br /> of rainfall. Said run-off water shall be computed in compliance with rainfall <br /> intensi ty and hydraulic tables relevant to Hays County, Texas. Said tables shall <br /> be kept of record in the office of the City Secretary and Director of Public Works <br /> for inspection by the public during reasonable office hours. <br /> Drainage generated from surrounding properties within the drainage area and <br /> from the subject property shall be released into natural drainage channels or man- <br /> made drainage facilities where said channels and facilities exist adjacent to said <br /> property exclusive of street rights-of-way. Under no curcumstances shall said <br /> drainage be released onto adjacent properties unless there exist drainage easements <br /> sufficient to accommodate said drainage. <br />
