The routes referred to in section 12.7m of the fire preven- tion code for vehicles transporting exp10sives and blasting agents are hereby estab]ished as fo]]ows: Designated state highways only. Exception #1: Those using exp]osives at a site previous1y approved by the fire marsha1 sha]] trave1 on]y the route approved by the fire marsha] to the job site. (Ord. of 8-9-71, § 7) Sec. 10-,17.
