Estab1ishment of motor vehide routes for vehi- <br /> cles transporting exp1osives and b1a.sting agents. <br /> The routes referred to in section 12.7m of the fire preven- <br /> tion code for vehicles transporting exp10sives and blasting <br /> agents are hereby estab]ished as fo]]ows: Designated state <br /> highways only. Exception #1: Those using exp]osives at a <br /> site previous1y approved by the fire marsha1 sha]] trave1 on]y <br /> the route approved by the fire marsha] to the job site. (Ord. of <br /> 8-9-71, § 7) <br /> Sec. 10-,17.
