9 RESOLUTION 1984-55R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SETTING PRICES FOR LEASE OF SPACE FOR TIE-DOWNS OF AIRCRAFT AT SAN MAR- COS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A TIE-DOWN LEASE AGREEMENT FORM FOR LEASE OF SPACE FOR SAID TIE-DOWNS OF AIR- CRAFT AT SAID AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING BETTY STANS- BURY, AIRPORT MANAGER, TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to approve the terms and conditions of a Tie-Down Lease Agreement form for lease of space for tie- downs of aircraft at San Marcos Municipal Airport and to set the rental rate for lease of such space; and, WHEREAS, said City Council has employed an airport manager for the overall management of San Marcos Municipal Airport; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the rental rate of thirty DOLLARS ($ 30.00 ) per month for the lease of space for tie-downs of aircraft at San Marcos Municipal Airport is hereby in all things approved. PART 2. That the terms and conditions of the form of Tie-Down Lease Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof for all purposes are hereby in all things approved. PART 3. That the Airport Manager, Betty Stansbury, be and she is hereby, authorized to execute Tie-Down Lease Agreements in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A for all intents and purposes, on be- half of the City of San Marcos.
