<br />ALBERT SIERRA HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br /> OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> WOODS HOMES CENTRAL OFFICE - (512) 353-5058 <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS 78666 <br /> July 2, 1984 <br />Dear A.C. <br />The San Marcos Housing Authority has approved the management <br />agreement for the community Development Program. <br />The San !'1arcos Housing Authority agrees to prepare and submit <br />community development applications and to oversee the adminis- <br />tration of the approved grants. The Authority shall provide <br />office space, telephone, secretarial support and some adminis- <br />trative supplies. <br />Mr. Valle will be the person primarily responsible for the <br />administration of the community development program, while I <br />will provide supervisory reviews. Attached please find the <br />proposed budget and the administrative outline of the scope <br />of services. Additionally Mr. Valle will assist the housing <br />authority in the Section 8 existing program.
