-3- either approve that portion of the construction as completed or shall notify the permit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to comply with the law and it shall be the responsibility of the contractor or builder to provide the Building Official with proper and adequate vehicle access, in the opinion of the Building Official, to the job site, such access to be within not less than one hundred (100) feet of the job site; and if such access is impractical or impossible in the opinion of the Building Official, the contractor or builder shall transport or cause the transportation of the Building Official to the job site from the nearest public right-of-way thereto upon the Building Official's prior verbal request for such transportation: Foundation Inspection: To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected. Frame Inspection: To be made after the roo f, all framing, fireblocking and bracing is in place, all concealed wiring, all pipes, chimneys, ducts and vents are complete. Final Inspection: To be made after the building is completed and ready for occupancy. II SECTION 6. That the provisions of sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after their passage and after their publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area. SECTION 7. That the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after AUgust 3, 1984 and after their publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
