<br /> Marcos., Mar-tindale, Caldwell Count.", Hays County, Guadalupe County Joint
<br /> Ai r-port Zoning Board, and which ordinance was expressly made subject,
<br /> f o~- its e'ffecti \/eness, to 1 i ke provision by the other participants; and

<br /> appointed h,., the Mar t i noa. e Board of Aldermean and two (2) from each of
