GROUP FOR PROVISION 10 SAID CITY OF <br /> CDN 9.J L 1'1 NG SERVICES IN CDNNECTION WIlli A MANN;EMENT <br /> REVI EW OF SAID CITY; APPROVING lliE TERMS AND CDNDITIONS <br /> OF A PRoroSED CDNTRACT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND LWFW, INC. <br /> GROUP; AUlliORIZING lliE CITY MANN; ER 10 EXECUTE SAID <br /> CDNTRACT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci ty of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with LWFW, Inc. Group for the <br /> provision to said City of consulting services in connection with a <br /> management review of said City; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT REffiLVED BY lliE CITY CDUNCIL OF lliE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the employment of IWFW, Inc. Group for provision to <br /> said City of consulting services in connection with a management review <br /> of said City is hereby authorized and approved. <br /> PART 2. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br /> between said City and IWFW, Inc. Group for such services, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> PART 3. That the City Manager, A.C. Gonzalez, be and he is <br /> hereby, authorized to execute said contract in the form attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein for all purposes on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 4.
