SEWAGE SYSTEM CAPITAL RECOVERY <br /> FEE, OF ARTICLE II. SERVICE CHARGES, OF CHAPTER <br /> 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO CHANGE <br /> THE SCHEDULE FOR DETEro1INING LUE'S FOR HOTEL/MOTELS <br /> WITH RESTAURANT AND/OR BAR AND FOR RESTAURANT/BAR; <br /> AMENDING SECTION 30-49 OF SAID DIVISION OF SAID <br /> ARTICLE OF SAID CHAPTER OF SAID CODE TO ALLOW <br /> APPLICANTS FOR SEWEP~GE CAPACITY FOR USES OTHER <br /> THAN SINGLE-FM1ILY UNITS TO USE THEIR RESERVATIONS <br /> FOR CAPACITY REMAINING IN THE EXISTING FACILITY <br /> UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, CLARIFYING THE PURPOSE <br /> FOR RESERVATIONS, AND PROVIDING THAT RESERVATIONS <br /> MAY BE USED TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE <br /> ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS TO DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS <br /> BASED ON CERTIFICATION OF AVAILABLE CAPACITY; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS; <br /> SEC'l'ION 1. That Sections 30-45 (b) (3) and 30-45 (b) (5) of <br /> Division 4 of Article II of Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances <br /> of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 30-45 Computation of living unit equivalents <br /> for various permitted uses. <br /> . . . <br /> (3) Hotel/Motels with .39 LUE/Room plus .0046 <br /> Restaurant and/or LUE/sq ft of bldg in <br /> bar restaurant and/or bar plus <br /> annual fee for restaurant/ <br /> bar as provided in (5) of <br /> this section. <br /> ... <br /> (5) Restaurant/bar .0046 LUE/sq ft of bldg <br /> plus LUE annual fee calcu- <br /> lated as follows: <br /> The factor for restaurants will be considered an <br /> ini tial fee to establish a usage base.
