<br /> AMENDMENT NO.3 TO <br /> CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> The Contract for Engineering Services dated the 7th day of May, 1979, <br /> Amendment No.1 dated the 19th day of May, 1980, and Amendment No.2 <br /> dated the 3rd day of August, 1982, by the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS and <br /> FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. shall be amended as set forth hereinunder. The <br /> said Contract and Amendments are attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 3. Compensation to Engineer <br /> b. Designs, Plans and Specifications <br /> Add the following: <br /> The Engineer shall be compensated a lump sum of $49,300 (Forty-nine <br /> thousand three hundred dollars) for services described in Section <br /> 2b above for design of the main lift station. <br /> Delete e.
