<br /> "Railroad" as used therein referring to Licensor, and the term "CityH <br /> as used therein referring to Licensee) and perform the work as described <br /> therein. <br /> (d) Exhibit C is the estimated cost of the Licensor1s force account <br /> work to be performed in connection with this project. Licensee agrees to <br /> reimburse Licensor for actual out-of-pocket expense of materials, labor <br /> plus surcharges, and contract work. <br /> (a.)
