<br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE
<br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS 'IRE LOCATION AND USE OF
<br />BJIIDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980
<br />(VOL. 54) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 0.46 ACRES OF LAND
<br />AREA IN THE T.J. CHAMBERS gjRVEY BEING A FORTI ON OF THE
<br />A. S. BJRLEffiN 'TRACT AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF 'IRE FIRST
<br />AND SECOND DIVISION OF THE PARK ADDITION, RECORDED IN
<br />VOWME 54, PAGE 420 OF 'IRE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS,
<br />A/K/A 413 SESffiM DRIVE AND LOTS 30,31,32,33,34 AND

<br />DRIVE FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
<br />DISTRICT) 10 "MF- 2" (MULTI-FAMILY-:2 DISTRICT) .

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IRE CITY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS.
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. That the following described tracts of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which are presently
<br />"zoned R-l" (Single-Family Residential District) henceforth
<br />shall be rezoned "MF-2" (Multi-Family-2 District).

<br />'TRACT 1:
<br />
<br />BEING A FORTION OF 'IRE A. S. BJRLEffiN 'TRACT AS SHOWN BY
<br />PLAT OF 'IRE SECOND DIVISION OF THE PARK ADDITION, A
<br />SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN BJOK 54, PAGE 420, OF 'IRE HAYS
<br />ffiUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED BY METES AND roUNDS AS FOLLOWS, 1O-WIT:

<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found at the North corner of
<br />IDt 15 of the said Park Addition, for the East corner of
<br />the tract herein described, same being the South corner of
<br />that 0.08 acre tract of land described in a Quitclaim Deed
<br />by Rodney C. Keller, Sr., unto Scott McGehee by instrurœnt
<br />dated May 29,1979, and recorded in Volume 326, Page 632,
<br />Hays County Deed Records, and being on the Southwest line
<br />of an alley as shown by plat of the said Park Addition;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Alley and the said McGehee 0.08
<br />acre tract, with the Northwest line of the said IDt 15, S
<br />68° 44' 26" W, 133.36 feet to an iron stake with an
<br />aluminum cap set at the west corner of the said IDt 15,
<br />same being the North corner of IDt 14 of the said Park
<br />Addition, for a corner of the tract herein described;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said IDt 14, with the Northwest line
<br />of the said IDt 15, S 61° 17' 40" W, 13.24 feet to an iron
<br />stake found at the East corner of that 0.23 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed to the Southwest Texas State University by
<br />the Ci ty 0 f San Marcos by deed da ted May 12, 1983, and
<br />recorded in Volume 394, Page 27, Hays County Deed Records,
<br />for the South corner of the tract herein described;

<br />'IRENCE, leaving the said IDt 14, with the Northeast line
<br />of the said Southwest Texas State University 0.23 acre
<br />tract, N 45° 28' 20" W, 136.77 feet to an iron stake found
<br />at the North corner of the said Southwest Texas State
<br />University 0.23 acre tract, for the west corner of the
<br />tract herein described, sarœ being on the Southeast side
<br />of Sessoms Drive;
<br />
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Southwest Texas State University
<br />0.23 acre tract, with the Southeast side of the said
<br />Sessom Drive, N 55° 56' 02" E, 132.82 feet to an iron
<br />stake with an aluminum cap set at the west corner of the
<br />aforementioned McGehee 0.08 acre tract, same being the
<br />west corner of the aforerœntioned Alley, for the North
<br />corner of the tract herein described;
