<br /> 66 <br /> RESOLUTION 1984-30R <br /> A RESOIDTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN r-lARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE <br /> EXECUTION BY THE; CITY MANAGE1~ OF SAID CITY <br /> OF AN APPLICl\.TION FOR ASSISTANCE FRŒ1 T!fE <br /> GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A <br /> CRIME PREVENTION COORDINATOR AND DECIARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, wishes to apply <br /> for assistance from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division for <br /> a Crime Prevention Coordinator; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to participate in the funding <br /> for said Crime Prevention Coordinator in the arrount of $8,842.05; <br /> now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager for the cíty of <br /> San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the Governor's Criminal Justice <br /> Division for assistance for a Crime Prevention Coordinator for said <br /> City, a copy of said application being attached hereto, is hereby <br /> approved and ratified. <br /> PART 2. That funding in the arrount of $8,842.05 is hereby <br /> authorized if said application is approved. <br /> PART 3.
