Q 110.'\ Date of Offer: <br /> <br /> Airport: San Marcos Municipal Airport <br /> Project No. 3-48-0195-01 <br /> Contract No. DOT FA 84 SW-8024 <br /> TO: The City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> (herein referred to as the "Sponsor") <br /> FROM: The United States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation Administration, <br /> herein referred to as the "FAA") <br /> WHEREAS, the Sponsor has submitted to the FAA a Project Application ( also called <br /> an Application for Federal Assistance) dated September 17, 1984 , for a grant of Federal <br /> funds for a project for development of the San Marcos Municipal <br /> Airport (herein called the" Airport "), together with plans and <br /> specifications for such project, which Application for Federal Assistance, as approved by <br /> the FAA is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the FAA has approved a project for development of the Airport (herein called <br /> the "Project") consisting of the following-described airport development: <br /> Acquire land (fee simple title to Parcel B-1 and avigation easements <br /> for Parcels B-2 and B-3 as shown on Property Map Exhibit A, or other <br /> property interests satisfactory to the Administrator); Reconstruct <br /> and mark Taxiway B (approx. 40' X 530'); Reconstruct, widen, and mark <br /> Taxiway D (from approx. 20' X 570' toapprox. 40' X 570'); Overlay <br /> and mark Taxiway E (approx. 40' X 530'); Construct and mark hangar <br /> access taxiway (approx. 50' X 300') <br /> all as more particularly described in the property map and plans and specifications incor- <br /> porated in the said Application for Federal Assistance. <br /> FAA FORM 5100-37 (11-82) Development <br />
