<br /> <br />Deny Ordinance 2014-14 <br /> <br />Meeting date: February 18, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br />20. 7:00PM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive <br />comments for or against Ordinance 2014-14, amending the Official Zoning <br />Map of the City by rezoning a 16.479 acre, more or less, tract of land out of <br />the Juan Martin de Veramendi League No. 2, located at the intersection of <br />Davis Lane and River Road, from a mix of "MF-24" Multiple-Family <br />Residential district, "FD" Future Development District and "SF-6" Single- <br />Family District to "MF-24" Multiple-Family Residential District; and <br />including procedural provisions; and consider approval of Ordinance <br />2014-14, on the first of two readings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott, and a second by <br />Council Member Prewitt, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) <br />deny Ordinance 2014-14 <br />opposed, to , as previously captioned. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />. <br /> <br />
