Department <br />of Transportation Part I-Offer <br />Federal AYIatton <br /> <br />Admini5tration Date of Offer: <br /> Airport: San Marcos Municipal Airport <br /> Project No. 3-48-0195-02 <br /> Contract No. DOT FA 85 SW-8400 <br />TO: The City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> (herein referred to as the "Sponsor") <br />FROM: The United States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation Administration, <br /> herein referred to as the "FAA") <br />WHEREAS, the Sponsor has submitted to the FAA a Project Application ( also called <br />an Application for Federal Assistance) dated October 15, 1984 , for a grant of Federal <br />funds for a project for development of the San Marcos Municipal <br /> Airport (herein called the" Airport "), together with plans and <br />specifications for such project, which Application for Federal Assistance, as approved by <br />the FAA is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and . <br />WHEREAS, the FAA has approved a project for development of the Airport (herein called <br />the "Project") consisting of the following-described airport development: <br /> Construct and mark Taxiway C parallel to Runway 12-30 (approx. 40' X 2950'); <br /> Construct and mark connecting Taxiway B (approx. 40' X 439') <br />all as more particularly described in the property map and plans and specifications incor- <br />porated in the said Application for Federal Assistance. <br />FAA Form 5100-37 (10-84) Development or Noise Program <br />
