<br /> -11- <br /> wastewater treatment plant constructed in whole or in part <br /> with bond proceeds under this policy must be reviewed and <br /> approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of the <br /> State permit or any amendment thereto if it is to <br /> discharge instead of irrigate. <br /> T. Water service in a WCID, FWSD or any other type of Water <br /> District with the exception of a Municipal Utility <br /> District will only be provided to lots one (1) acre <br /> minimum in size to insure the capability to install and <br /> operate an on-site wastewater disposal system over the <br /> life of the property. <br /> Part F. That all ordinances, resolutions and orders heretofore <br /> passed, adopted and made, or any part of the same, affecting approach <br /> mains, which are in conflict with this Ordinance, shall be and the same <br /> are hereby in all things repealed. <br /> Part G.
