<br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDI NG SECTION 3 OF 'IRA T ORDINANCE,
<br /> WHICH RffiULATES AND RESTRICTS 'IHE LOCATION AND USE OF
<br /> BUILDINGS, STRUCWRES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984,
<br /> (VOL. 66) AND CHANGING 'IRE ZONING OF LOTS 49, 54, 55,
<br /> 62,63,64,53,84,86,89,67,68,85,69,81, 82, 83
<br /> OF 'IRE A.M. RAMSAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING 10 'IHE PLAT
<br /> OR MAP 'IREREDF RECORDED IN VDLUME 89, PAGE 477 OF 'IRE
<br /> HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, BEING PROPERTIES LOCATED
<br /> ON IDRTIONS OF SEGUIN STREET, FIRST STREET AND SECOND
<br /> STREET FROM "M" (SINGLE, DUPLEX AND NEIGHIDRHOOD
<br /> BUSINESSES DISTRICT) 10 "MF-4" (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT);
<br /> AMENDING 'IRE FU'IURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) OF 'IHE MASTER
<br /> PLAN OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IHE CITY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described tract of real property
<br /> located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned "M"
<br /> (Single, DJplex and Neighrorhood Eusinesses District) henceforth
<br /> shall be rezoned "MF-4" (Multi-Family District).
<br /> Lots 49,54,55,62,63,64,53,84,86,89,67,68,85,69,
<br /> 81,82,83 of the A.M. Ramsay Subdivision, according to the
<br /> pla t or map thereof recorded in Volume 89, Page 477 of ~1e
<br /> Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, being properties located
<br /> on portions of Seguin Street, First Street and Second Street,
<br /> to be rezoned "MF-4" (Multi-Family District).
<br /> SECTION 2. That the tract of property described in Section 1
<br /> above which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of
<br /> the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Low-Density Residential
<br /> henceforth shall be shown on said Map as High-Density Residential.
<br /> SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10 ) days
<br /> from and after its passage and after its publication in a newspaper of
<br /> general circulation in the area.
<br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading November 19, 1984.
<br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading December 3, 1984.
