RESOLUTION 2014 -44R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR THE <br />PROVISION OF CUT AND MULCH SERVICES (IFB 214 -005) FOR THE <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT —PARKS AND RECREATION <br />DIVISION; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Recitals: <br />1. On October 30, 2013 the City received four bids for the provision of Cut and <br />Mulch Services (IFB 214 -005) for the Community Services Department —Parks and Recreation <br />Division. <br />2. The City did not receive the anticipated federal funding for these services and will <br />re -issue the invitation for bids once the funding is available. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MA COS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. All bids received in response to an invitation for bids for the provision of Cut <br />and Mulch Services (IFB 214 -005) for the Community Services Department -Parks and <br />Recreation Division are rejected. <br />PART 2.
