These basIc standards <br />have been made to govern the design fabncal10n and appbcahon of Tenant Slgnage and are mtended to afford all <br />Tenants With good visual identtIical1on, both day and night, and to protect against poorly designed and badly <br />proportioned signage. <br /> <br />II. BUILDING FASCIA SIGNS <br /> <br />A Number of Siens <br />Only one (I) sIgn IS permitted per store, except as described below' <br /> <br />When a store IS located on a comer With two (2) matchmg faSCias, one (I) sign per faSCia will be <br />perrmlted. <br /> <br />B. TVlle of Sil!ns Permitted <br />Internally illummated indiVidual all metal letters will be the only type of SIgns pcrmltted. Malumum capItal letter height: 24" <br />3. Letter depth. 5 'I," <br />4 Face color' R & II #7328 WhIte, R & 11 #2793 rcd and R & II #2051 blue. <br />5 Lighting: 15mm 6500 white neon for blue and white, IS mm clear red for red. <br />6. Return color- Dark Bronze Channel ClaSSIC WIth a gold lnm cap. <br /> <br />E. Sil!n Text <br />SIgn text shall be bmlted to Tenant's trade name as It appears In the lease. Landlord reserves the nght to hmlt <br />the use of Tenant's customary logo. <br /> <br />III. PYLON SIGNS <br /> <br />A. Sign cabmet to be double faced Internally illuminated with flat plexlglass faces. <br /> <br />B. Background -Ivory <br /> <br />C. Copy and Color - flat out plastic letters in red #2793 or blue #2051 <br /> <br />D. Tenant copy shall consIst of Tenant's name and logo per approval by Landlord. <br /> <br />IV.
