The term "Shopping Center", as used <br />herein, shall refer to the real property described in Exhibit "A" and any existing and future buildings, parking areas, <br />sidewalks, service areas and other improvements which may be designated by Landlord, from time to time. <br /> <br />(g) LEASE POSSESSION DATE: Shall be the date Landlord and Tenant fully execute the Lease <br />Agreement.
