Veramendi League No. 2 at San Marcos, <br /> Hays County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain tract <br /> of land described in a deed, from Shadrach Dixon, et ux., to <br /> the International Railroad Company, dated September 20, 1871, <br /> and recorded in Volume "H", Pages 19 and 20, Deed Records of <br /> Hays County, Texas, said tract being more particularly described <br /> by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the intersection of the <br /> southwest line of Bugg Lane and the northwest line of the <br /> Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company's (successor in interest <br /> to International Railroad Company) right-of-way as conveyed <br /> by said deed dated September 20, 1871, said beginning point <br /> being in the most northern corner of this tract, and from <br /> which point the center line of the main track bears S 47° <br /> 06' E 100.00 feet; <br /> THENCE, with the Southwest line of Bugg Lane, S 45° <br /> 50' E 50.00 feet to a concrete monument for the most Eastern <br /> corner and the old right-of-way extended bears S 45° 50' <br /> E 0.8 of a foot; <br /> THENCE, parallel and at a distance of 50.00 feet from <br /> the center line of the main track, S 42° 54' W 1093.20 feet <br /> to a concrete monument for the most Southern corner and the <br /> old right-of-way fence bears S 47° 06' E 2.2 feet; <br /> THENCE, N 47° 22' W 50.00 feet to an iron pipe for the <br /> most Western corner; <br /> THENCE, parallel and at a distance of 100.00 feet from <br /> the center line of the main track, N 42° 54' E 1094.53 feet <br /> to the place of beginning. <br />
