ATTACHMENT "c" A tract or parcel of land, containing 1.256 acres, more or less, out of the J. M. Veramendi League No. 2 at San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain tract of land described in a deed, from Shadrach Dixon, et ux., to the International Railroad Company, dated September 20, 1871, and recorded in Volume "H", Pages 19 and 20, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the intersection of the southwest line of Bugg Lane and the northwest line of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company's (successor in interest to International Railroad Company) right-of-way as conveyed by said deed dated September 20, 1871, said beginning point being in the most northern corner of this tract, and from which point the center line of the main track bears S 47° 06' E 100.00 feet; THENCE, with the Southwest line of Bugg Lane, S 45° 50' E 50.00 feet to a concrete monument for the most Eastern corner and the old right-of-way extended bears S 45° 50' E 0.8 of a foot; THENCE, parallel and at a distance of 50.00 feet from the center line of the main track, S 42° 54' W 1093.20 feet to a concrete monument for the most Southern corner and the old right-of-way fence bears S 47° 06' E 2.2 feet; THENCE, N 47° 22' W 50.00 feet to an iron pipe for the most Western corner; THENCE, parallel and at a distance of 100.00 feet from the center line of the main track, N 42° 54' E 1094.53 feet to the place of beginning.
