<br /> 23 <br /> RESOLUTION 1983-14R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE <br /> EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY <br /> OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE FROM THE <br /> GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR <br /> A DISPATCH LOGGING RECORDER AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to apply for <br /> assistance from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division <br /> for a dispatch logging recorder; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to participate in the <br /> funding of said dispatch logging recorder in the amount <br /> of $8,668.90; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager for <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the <br /> Governor's Criminal Justice Division for assistance in <br /> obtaining a dispatch logging recorder for said City, a <br /> copy of said application being attached hereto, is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That funding in the amount of $8,668.90 is <br /> hereby authorized if said application is approved. <br /> PART 3.
