During <br /> emergency or disaster situations, the coa~unity can depend on efficient and reliable <br /> communications. As the demand for the servcies of the coffiQunications system increases, <br /> the need for a full time second dispatcher will be necessary. The possibility of this <br /> o--~ring is undoubtedly in the realitively near future. The system will be equipped <br /> t facilitate a second full time dispatcher. <br /> c. Data.
