the full performance and observance of all of the provisions, covenants, and <br />conditions set forth in the Primary Lease on the part of "Lessee° to be performed and <br />observed. Any breach or violation of any provisions of the Primary Lease by <br />Sublessee will be a default by Sublessor. <br />4. No Attornment The foregoing notwithstanding, any other payment of rent from <br />Sublessee directly to Landlord, regardless of the circumstances or reasons for such <br />payment, will in no manner whatsoever be deemed an attornment by Sublessee to <br />Landlord or serve to release Sublessor from any liability under the terms, covenants, <br />conditions, provisions, or agreements under the Primary Lease, in the absence of a <br />specific written agreement signed by Landlord to such an effect. <br />S. No Right to Enforce Sublessor's Rights.
