2. All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect <br />except as otherwise modified by this Lease Amendment. <br />3. Assignment and Assumption. Redbird agrees to assume Trull's obligations under <br />the Lease and to accept the Leased Premises in their present "AS IS" condition. <br />4. Consent to Assignment. City consents to this Second Assignment of the Lease <br />under the terms, conditions and amendments to the Lease as amended by this Agreement. <br />5. Effective Date.
