<br /> SECTION 2. That the reappropriations of Revenue Sharing <br /> Entitlement. No. 12, as shown on the said Exhibit A are hereby <br /> approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3. That Ordinance 1982-41, adopted September <br /> 7, 1982, which set forth an itemized estimate of the expense <br /> of conducting each administrative unit of the municipal govern- <br /> ment of said City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1982, <br /> and ending on September 30, 1983, and appropriated money for <br /> the various funds and purposes of such estimate, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended as set forth in Exhibit B which lS <br /> attached hereto and is incorporated herein, in words and figures <br /> as shown therein, for all intents and purposes. <br /> SECTION 4. That the said revisions and reappropriations <br /> which shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, for the fiscal year 1982-83 beginning October 1, 1982, <br /> and ending on September 30, 1983, be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 5. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br /> an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions <br /> of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read at three <br /> separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective <br /> until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its <br /> final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, <br /> and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general <br /> circulation within the City. <br /> PASSED, APPMVED ~D ADOPTED~h day of May , 1983. <br /> . @;.( <br /> / Emmie Craddock <br /> Mayor <br /> Att~~ <br /> ~s K.
