<br /> l15 <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1983-27-R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING <br /> THE EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER OF <br /> SAID CITY OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSIS- <br /> TANCE FROM THE GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL <br /> JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A CRIME PREVEN- <br /> TION COORDINATOR AND DECLARING AN EFFEC- <br /> TIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, wishes to <br /> apply for assistance from the Governor's Criminal Jus- <br /> tice Division for a Crime Prevention Coordinator; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to participate in the <br /> funding for said Crime Prevention Coordinator in the <br /> amount of $425.80; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager for <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the <br /> Governor's Criminal Justice Division for assistance for <br /> a Crime Prevention Coordinator for said City, a copy of <br /> said application being attached hereto, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That funding in the amount of $425.80 is <br /> hereby authorized if said application is approved. <br /> PART 3.
