<br /> Note at rates not in excess of the maximum rates of nonusurious <br /> interest allowable under the applicable laws of the State or <br /> applicable federal law. <br /> Section 1.02. Section 405 of the Original Indenture is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 405. Redemption Requests. Redemptions of Original <br /> Bonds permitted or required by this Article IV shall be made as <br /> follows, and the Trustee shall give the notice of redemption <br /> referred to in Section 406 of this Indenture in respect of each <br /> such redemption: <br /> (a) Redemptions shall be made pursuant to Section 402 of <br /> this Indenture after receipt by the Trustee of a certificate <br /> of the User (i) stating that one or more of the events <br /> described in Section 402 has occurred, (ii) describing the <br /> same, and (iii) requesting that redemption be made pursuant to <br /> such Section 402 on the date specified in such certificate, <br /> which date shall be not less than 45 days from the date such <br /> certificate is mailed. <br /> (b) Redemptions shall be made pursuant to Subsection <br /> 403(a) of this Indenture in the amount and on the date selected <br /> pursuant to Subsection 403(a) and the Trustee shall deliver a <br /> written notification of such selection to the User and the <br /> Corporation as soon as practicable after the date on which the <br /> Trustee receives written notice that such Determination of <br /> Taxability shall have occurred; and redemption shall be made <br /> pursuant to Subsection 403(b) of this Indenture on the date <br /> selected by the User pursuant to said Subsection 403(b). <br /> (c) Redemption shall be made pursuant to Section 404 of <br /> this Indenture as and when required by said Section 404, <br /> without the necessity of any request by or notification of the <br /> Corporation, or, except as otherwise provided in the last <br /> sentence of such Section 404, notice from the User. <br /> (d) Redemption shall be made pursuant to Section 408 of <br /> this Indenture on any date selected by the User, which date <br /> shall be within 20 days after written notice has been given by <br /> the Trustee to the User as provided in such Section.
