The Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> attach a copy of this Supplemental Indenture to each outstanding Bond <br /> tendered for such purpose, to evidence that the redemption provisions of <br /> the Bonds have been amended by this Supplemental Indenture. <br /> ARTICLE III <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> Section 3.01. The parties hereto acknowledge that, except as <br /> supplemented, amended or modified hereby, the Original Indenture and the <br /> Bonds shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their <br /> terms. <br /> Section 3.02.
